LymeAlert Test Kit

The test kit will include a tick crusher, a assay test and a manual guiding you on the usage. 

The test is a three-step process:

1) Extract the tick and place it in the tick crusher. Seal the tick crusher and grind it to crush the tick fully.

2) A test solution can be added, or released from the tick crusher itself (final design pending), to be mixed with the crushed tick for a reaction.

3) Insert the test strip into the tick crusher via a slot, allow it to contact with the test solution-crushed tick mixture, and wait about 30 minutes for a line to appear. 

Interpreting the Results:
- One line indicates that the test was conducted successfully and the tick does not carry the bacteria that causes Lyme disease.
- Two lines indicate that the tick carries the bacteria that causes Lyme disease and you may wish to seek further medical advice on the next treatment steps.
- No lines appearing indicate that the test was not conducted successfully.

All sales of our test kits at the Pre-Sale special pricing are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital products or services purchased from LymeAlert, Inc. at this Pre-Sale price and period.

2. Cancellations
Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to ensure you are able to purchase the product tier you intended.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. There is no guarantee on the time for delivery at this Pre-Sale stage, but we estimate delivery by 2027.

You will be informed once the product is ready to be shipped to you. Pre-Sale Orders  will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For purchases at our Pre-Sale price, delivery will be free for locations within the U.S. We currently do not deliver outside the US, but if you are interested in a bulk purchase to locations outside the US, please email us at contact@lymealert.com.

•    This is a Pre-Sale, meaning there is no guaranteed delivery timeline at this stage. Your support helps us move closer to full production.
•    The LymeAlert kit is not for human diagnostic use. It is designed to detect Lyme disease in a tick — providing information about potential exposure.
•    A positive result does not necessarily mean that you or your pet has Lyme disease. If your tick tests positive for Lyme disease, we strongly recommend that you contact your healthcare provider or veterinarian for further guidance on potential exposure and next steps.
